Rahul Mamgootathil granted anticipatory bail with conditions in second case

MLA Rahul Mangkootathil has been granted anticipatory bail with conditions in a case based on a complaint filed by a 23-year-old woman living in Bengaluru, who alleged that he was taken to a home stay and raped.

The court also said that no attempt should be made to influence witnesses.

Rahul Mangkootatil was granted anticipatory bail on the condition that he appear before the investigating officers every Monday and sign.
