WMC America Region announces Halloween costume contest with cash prize

THE World Malayalee Council (WMC) America Region has announced a Halloween costume contest, inviting members from all its provinces to showcase their creativity and compete for a cash prize and a certificate.

The contest is open to members of any province within the WMC America Region, with each member permitted to submit one entry.

Participants must submit three photographs: a full-length picture in their Halloween costume, a close-up photograph and a picture without a face mask, clearly showing their face.

Entries should be emailed to [email protected] on or before November 3, 2026.

The winner must attend the WMC's annual or biennial conference in person to receive the cash prize and certificate.

Encouraging members to participate, the organisers have called on them to unleash their creativity, dress up in their favourite Halloween costumes and join the fun.

The initiative aims to promote participation, creativity and fellowship among members of the WMC America Region.

“One Region, One WMC” is the message accompanying the contest.
