Vande Bharat to stop at Chengannur

THE railways has granted a stop at Chengannur for the Vande Bharat Express (20633/20634), which runs between Kasaragod and Thiruvananthapuram. 

Earlier, Minister of State V Muraleedharan had written to the Railway Minister requesting the same. Muraleedharan emphasized the importance of Chengannur as a halt for devotees travelling to Sabarimala Temple.

Meanwhile, it is informed that changes will come into effect soon.
