Speaker A. N. Shamseer’s sister A. N. Amina passes away

A. N. Amina (42), the sister of Kerala Legislative Assembly Speaker A. N. Shamseer, passed away on Thursday, following a heart attack, at Baby Memorial Hospital in Kozhikode. 

She was the daughter of the late Komath Usman and A. N. Sareena of Madapeedika, Thalassery.

Amina is survived by her husband, A. K. Nishad, who is employed in Muscat, and their children — Fathima Nowrin (Chartered Accountant), Ahmad Nishad (B.Tech student, Vellore) and Sara.

Her brothers are A. N. Shahir and A. N. Shamseer, the Speaker of the Kerala Legislative Assembly.

The funeral will take place at noon on Friday at the Vayalalam Masjid cemetery.
