Kerala PSC age limit raised to 40 years
THE Kerala government has revised the upper age limit for Kerala Public Service Commission (PSC) examinations, offering relief to job aspirants across categories.
Under the new rules, candidates in the General category can now apply for Kerala PSC exams up to 40 years of age, while applicants from the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories will be eligible up to 45 years.
The move follows the government’s acceptance of the recommendations made by the J.B. Koshy Commission.
The age relaxation is expected to widen eligibility and benefit thousands of candidates preparing for upcoming recruitment notifications.
