"Govt failed to keep its word"; Cockroach Janata Party plans nationwide protest on Sept 5

THE Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced a peaceful nationwide protest march for September 5, 2026, in Delhi from India Gate to the New Delhi Police Headquarters.

The youth-led movement accuses the central government of failing to honour written commitments made on July 25 regarding student welfare and exam controversies.

CJP claims the government has delayed or avoided fulfilling assurances to withdraw FIRs filed against students and peaceful protesters during earlier agitations.

The upcoming demonstration on September 5 will be led by families affected by the NEET exam controversies and families of victims of alleged police action.

The movement continues to demand accountability regarding examination system failures, compensation for affected families, and systemic educational reforms.
