Teachers in drug trade: A wake-up call for Kerala

THE arrest of three teachers in connection with alleged drug-related activities has sent shockwaves across Kerala. 

Teachers are entrusted with shaping young minds, inspiring values, and guiding students towards a better future. 

When individuals in such a respected profession are accused of involvement in the drug trade, the impact extends far beyond the alleged crime itself—it shakes public confidence in the education system.

While the law must take its course and every accused person is entitled to due process, the incident serves as a serious warning.
