Payal Kapadia wants to work on a Bombay trilogy after All We Imagine As Light

Director Payal Kapadia has revealed that she has started work on her next film after the success of All We Imagine As Light, which won several awards globally. In an interview with The Film Stage, she said that another romantic movie about Bombay is on the cards. She also expressed her desire to make three films, like a trilogy on the city.When asked whether she has all the films written, Payal said they are in a treatment stage now and that it would take a minimum of three years for her next film to materialise. DIRECTOR Payal Kapadia has revealed that she has started work on her next film after the success of All We Imagine As Light, which won several awards globally.

In an interview with The Film Stage, she said that another romantic movie about Bombay is on the cards. She also expressed her desire to make three films, like a trilogy on the city.
